Strong Body. Calm Mind.
I’ve been a dedicated practitioner and teacher of yoga for over 14 years. Shortly after trying my first Power Yoga class, I ditched the weights for a mat and began using the practice exclusively to build and maintain my health and well-being, including physical strength and conditioning, emotional healing, introspection, stress-reduction, pain assessment, celebration, inspiration, insight, intuition, and more.
Yoga is the solution to all of life's challenges. It is the lifeblood of my existence and undoubtedly my life’s purpose.
I aim to help students find the peace of mind and strength of body that is essential to optimal living. I help them to cultivate a Strong Body and a Calm Mind.
