
Chair Yoga NEW!!
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done sitting on a chair or standing, using a chair for support. It is an ideal way to ensure that anyone of any level of health and physical ability can enjoy the mind-body benefits of yoga. As with typical yoga classes, you will improve your flexibility, concentration, and balance while increasing your strength, range of motion, and self-confidence. Eryn is a specialized yoga teacher with over 12 years' experience modifying the practice for students of all abilities.
Curiosity is just as good a reason as any to try out this unique and all-inclusive specialized 6-week session of Chair Yoga.
