What People Are Saying . . .
“It gives me an opportunity to relax during the day and return to the program refreshed.” Jill
“I have taken less time off due to aches, pains and especially headaches. I like doing it on my lunch hour because then I can spend my evenings with my family.” Sarah
“I have had to do physiotherapy for a problem shoulder in the past, but since starting weekly yoga with Eryn, I have not had to do physio. I’m able to be more active with the kids without twinges of pain.” Sam
“I suffer from a sore neck and shoulder, but as long as I do yoga every week, I don’t need to go to physiotherapy for it. I’m more flexible and able to be more active with the kids.” Patricia
“Doing yoga weekly has helped with my monthly chiropractic adjustments. The muscles in my back move easier because of the stretching in yoga.” Richard
“It’s great to have something on-site and convenient. I feel healthier when I do it, and it makes it easier to do my work.” John
“I was actually running with the kids this week! When was the last time you saw me run?” Susan
Corporate Coordinator: “Yoga is helping people stay out of practitioner services, which in turn helps keep our health care premiums down. In at least one case lower absenteeism can be attributed to our weekly yoga sessions."
