Slow Flow For Hips

 

 

This fluid sequence of postures will increase hip mobility, core stability, and overall strength, flexibility, and balance

 

You Can Expect:

 

  • Warm-up sequences to prepare for deeper stretching

  • Postures to target the hips and lower back

  • Core strengthening exercises

  • Increased mobility 

  • A guided relaxation to fully absorb
    the rejuvenating benefits of your practice!

 

Suitable for beginners and students of all levels of ability.

Dates: Wednesdays April 27; May 4, 11, 18, 25; June 1,8
Time: 6:45-7:45pm
Cost: $95 for 8-class session OR $15 for drop-in class (cash or check only)
Location: Barrhaven United Church (downstairs) – 3013 Jockvale Road
