Yoga For Life: Practical Tips

With the launch of a new website and a new look, a project that I've endeavored to complete for some time is nagging to be launched. I want you to experience more than the physical postures of yoga. I want you to know more than the flexibility, strength, and mobility of the body that this practice promises to bring. I want you to experience the same life-altering shifts in perspective, heightened levels of gratitude, synchronicity with some being greater than the human mind can fathom that I did decades ago.

Yoga is—without question—that powerful. It is an ancient tradition that has survived and evloved over thousands of years. It is as relevant, rewarding, and purposeful today was it was then. The fruits of a yoga practice are promised to flower for all those who sincerely walk the path in search of higher consciousness. Thus I bring you Yoga for Life: A online offering designed to share practical tools, considerations, and contemplations on how to take your yoga practice off your mat and into the modern world. My approach to the practice is threefold: body, mind, and spirit. Thus the entries that follow will cater to all three of these dimensions.

I invite and encourage all questions, comments, concerns, requests, considerations, and any other form of dailogue regardng this site or anything relating to yoga at all.

It is indeed my most favorite thing to talk about :) May you benefit in some way, shape or form from the contents herein.
